About the Role
We are seeking proactive, motivated individuals with a minimum of 2 years of sales or recruitment experience to join our team as Remote Independent Independent Travel Agent and Representatives and help identify talented individuals interested in becoming independent travel agents or advisors. This dual role offers the unique opportunity to recruit talented individuals as Independent Travel Agents (ITAs) and to represent our business, earning multiple income streams from sales, referrals, and team growth. In this role, you will work independently as a independent contractor (1099), not an hourly employee/W2 to attract applicants who are passionate about travel, customer service, and entrepreneurship.
This is a fully remote, flexible position, ideal for those with strong communication, and networking skills, and an interest in the travel industry.

💼 What You’ll Do
Recruitment and Sales:
Recruit Independent Travel Agents (ITAs): Earn $50 for every applicant who completes onboarding.
Promote Travel Services: Invite candidate to opportunities calls, or share with them recorded video so we can educate candidates about the travel industry and booking opportunities.
Represent Our Brand: Recruit others to become Independent Representatives (IRs) or ITAs+IRs
Build Your Business (Optional):
Create a team of at least 9 Independent Travel Agents or Representatives to unlock additional bonuses.
Earn residual income through team growth, travel bookings, and recurring commissions.
Residual income is a type of income that continues to be earned after the initial effort or work is completed. Unlike active income, where you earn money only while working (e.g., an hourly wage or salary), residual income allows you to receive ongoing earnings over time, often without requiring much additional effort.
Examples of Residual Income:
Subscription or Memberships: If you sell a service that has a recurring monthly fee (like a gym membership or software subscription), you earn residual income as long as the customer continues to pay.
Royalties: Authors, musicians, or creators earn residual income from book sales, music streams, or licensing their work.
Network Marketing/Direct Sales: In businesses like Marketing, you earn residual income through:
A percentage of recurring payments (like monthly fees) made by customers or team members.
Overrides or bonuses from the performance of your downline (people you recruit and their recruits).
Investments: Residual income can also come from dividends, interest, or rental income from properties you own.
Travel Commissions: As a travel agent, you might earn residual income from repeat customers who continue to book through you, even years after the initial interaction.

Earnings Potential
As an Independent Representative (IR):
Direct Sales Commission: Earn $50 for each ITA sale ($179.95 enrollment fee + $39.95 monthly fee). Paid weekly.
Direct Sales 50% Match: Receive $25 for each ITA sale made by someone you sponsor. No limit to the number of matches. Paid weekly.
Gold Builder Bonus: Earn $10 for every ITA sale made within your team until the next Gold Builder. Gold Builder status is achieved with 9 active ITAs. Paid weekly.
Monthly Payout: Earn $4 per month for each active ITA in your team, up to 9 levels deep.
Gold Builders: Earn a 10% match on your direct recruits’ monthly team earnings.
Director Bonuses:
ONE-STAR Director: Guaranteed a minimum monthly income of $1,000 from all sources.
Earn up to $50 per ITA sale in your team and additional bonuses based on team performance.
Recognition & Rewards:
Rolex Watch: Awarded upon achieving and maintaining FIVE-STAR Director status for 60 days.
Presidential Rings: Earn Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond, or Double Diamond Rings based on annual income milestones.
As an Independent Travel Agent (ITA), your earning potential is limitless. You can earn:
Commissions:
Earn up to 80% commission on bookings, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and packages, and anything related to travel within the U.S. and international markets.
Upsell premium services, upgrades, and exclusive experiences for higher revenue.
Bonuses and Residual Income:
Build long-term income through repeat clients, referrals, and team growth.
High achievers can earn $5,000–$20,000+ monthly.

📍 Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years of sales or recruitment experience.
Travel Knowledge: Must have experience or a willingness to learn about the travel industry and providing exceptional service.
Passion: Strong communication skills, networking skills, independence, and self-motivation are essential.
IATA Number: Must sign up and maintain an active IATA number ($200 setup fee covers certification, Referral platforms, websites, training, etc).
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
Basic computer skills and reliable internet connection.

What Is Residual Income?
Residual income is ongoing income earned after the initial effort has been made. In this case, it means you continue to receive monthly payments as long as the ITAs in your network remain active. For example, if you build a team of 500 active ITAs, your residual income could amount to $2,000 per month—money you earn consistently, even if you’re no longer actively recruiting.
By not becoming an IR, you are eliminating this income potential and will only earn commissions through travel sales, which are based on your individual efforts and do not provide passive income.
Missed Opportunities
To put this in perspective:
A dedicated IR can earn $5,000 to $20,000+ per month through a combination of direct sales, bonuses, and residual income.
Over the course of a year, this could amount to $60,000 to $240,000+, depending on the size and success of your network.
Without IR status, you will miss out on all recruitment-related earnings and long-term passive income.
